Cloudy And Breezy Across Eastern Carolina On Tuesday

A strong offshore storm system will continue to bring clouds and gusty winds to eastern Carolina on Tuesday. Highs will hit the middle to upper 50s with northerly winds at 8 to 16 mph. Coastal communities will have gusts from 20 to 30 mph during the afternoon. The clouds should break just in time for Thanksgiving with highs near 60°. There is little or no chance for rain during the latter part of the week.
