Authorities say the man accused of making a bomb threat against the Dare County Courthouse and a judge has been arrested in Georgia.

Paul Wright of Hortense, Georgia is in custody for the December 11th bomb threat made on Superior Court Judge Jerry Tillett and the Dare County Justice Center.

The Dare County Sheriff's Criminal Investigation Division used phone records and interviews to develop Wright as a suspect.

The 32-year-old was arrested in Georgia and is awaiting extradition to Dare County for trial.

Additional arrests have not been ruled out.

Wright is charged with Threatening to Kill a Court Officer and Making a False Report Concerning Destructive Device.
