Beulaville Woman Collects Donations For Oklahoma Tornado Victims


A local woman is organizing assistance for those who aren't getting as much help as others after Monday's tornado. Jasmine Yarbro of Beulaville is collecting supplies and money at Sandlin's Oil Company for tornado victims.

Yarbro says Moore, Oklahoma is getting the assistance they need, however neighboring towns of Luther, Carney and Bethel Acres were also struck and are not getting as much help as Moore.

Here's a list of items needed and where you can donate in Beulaville:
Bibles
Work gloves
Work boots
Shovels
Heavy rakes
Plastic tubs (the families use these when they go look for belongings)
Wipes
Diapers
Formula
Neosporin
Bandaids
Gauze
Individually wrapped snacks
Gatorade
Ready to eat meals (non-perishable, canned goods)
Can openers (you never think of it- until you don't have one)
Toiletries
Feminine products
Dog food
Cat food
Horse food

They want to have everything packed on Wednesday, May 29th, to leave on Thursday morning. However; donations will continue to be accepted as long as there is a need in Oklahoma.
