AUTOPSY: Teen Shot Twice, Hit With Shovel, Burned, And Buried Twice

An autopsy says a Goldsboro High School student was shot twice, beaten on the head with a shovel, burned, buried and then dug up the next day and re-buried.

The body of Kennedy McLaurin was found September 22nd near Seven Springs after the 16-year-old was reported missing September 9th from a Goldsboro neighborhood. He was last seen being forced into a car on Bain Street

The autopsy, which was released today, says the teen was shot twice in the upper chest.

Four young men, Curtis Etheredge, Leonard Joyner, Jerome Butts and Kevin Smith, have been charged with McLaurin's murder.
