Two Tarboro Brothers Charged With Murder

Two Tarboro brothers are charged with killing two men at a tailgate party near North Carolina State University's football stadium.

Timothy Wayne Johnson and his younger brother Tony are each charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of Kevin McCann of Chicago and Second Lt. Brett Johnson Harman of Camp Lejeune, a Marine.

Witnesses say the Johnson brothers exchanged punches with the two victims earlier in the evening after a carton of beer cans were thrown at Tony Johnson's car as he sped through a crowded parking lot near the stadium.
