An environmental group says it's still concerned about a proposed egg farm in Hyde County, but many residents say they still support Rose Acre Farms coming to the area.

The North Carolina Natural Resource Group presented its concerns at a press conference Tuesday in Greenville. The group's spokesperson, Joe Albi, says the North Carolina Natural Resource group is not opposed to Rose Acres coming to Hyde County. He says what they are opposed to is the proposed location, an environmentally sensitive area. Albi says the group wants to make sure all environmental concerns are addressed before anything is built.

The Hyde County farmers and Hyde County officials WITN-7 talked to say all the necessary research has been done.
