The Kerry-Edwards campaign returned to North Carolina Tuesday, represented by John Kerry's daughters and stepson and John Edwards' daughter.
East Carolina University students and community members packed the Hendrix Theatre on campus nearly to its 780-seat capacity. Most welcomed the children of the candidates, though a handful of protesters made their way into the theatre.
Cate Edwards spoke about her father's life story, while the Kerry kids talked about issues for college kids.
Sources say that Kerry and Edwards will visit Greenville this campaign season, the question now is when.
