Sunday afternoon and evening in Snow Hill it was Fiesta Latina, a party that gives the hispanic population and the local citizens a chance to interact and mingle. There was live music, food, balloons for the kids, and even a petting zoo. There were still a number of groups that attended the Fiesta Latina, but organizers say, rain kept a lot of the educators and attendees at home.
