Kill Devil Hills Residents Want Action

Standing rainwater has been a problem for some Kill Devil Hills residents, now they want something done about it.

Homeowners we talked to say the reason why the area floods is because some of their neighbors fill their property with sand, causing the excess rainwater to collect in their neighbor's yard.

Monday morning, Senator Mark Basnight is expected to meet with town officials and homeowners to discuss the problem.
