After months of investigating, the Martin County Sheriff's Department has arrested a man who they call a major drug dealer in Jamesville.
Albert Earl Bell, 33-years-old, was arrested Wednesday on eight counts of trafficking cocaine and faces other drug charges.
Authorities say Bell was recently arrested and released on bond on charges of kidnapping and statutory sexual offense. Bell is in custody under $1,500,000 bond.
