Another wave of 180 Marines from Camp Lejeune boarded buses on their way for a seventh month tour in Iraq.
The Marines and Sailors will help improve the Iraqi infrastructure by building roads and bridges, and helping the transition.
This is the third deployment for First Sergeant Manny Clingerman, but this one is especially hard. In addition to leaving his wife and three kids, he is also leaving his five day old baby girl.
The 180 men and women who deployed Thursday are just the first wave of troops in the unit leaving. An additional 300 marines and sailors will depart by Saturday.
