Squalls Blow Through Atlantic Beach

Tropical Storm Charley brought 60+ mile per hour winds to Carteret County Saturday afternoon. It was most obvious along Atlantic Beach. The weather was constantly changing as the storm moved through the area. One minute you'd have high winds and sheets of rain, the next gentle breezes and no rain. You would even get a bit a sunshine and blue skies peeking through the rolling clouds sporatically. There were no reports of damage and very few problems as Charley stormed through Carteret County.
