A $5,000 reward is being offered in the case of a Wilson County restaurant owner who was gunned down during a home invasion.
The Town of Stantonsburg Development Corporation is offering the cash reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved in the Song Ni homicide.
Mayor Roland Gardner and Development Corporation President Randy Davis brought a check to Sheriff Wayne Gay Tuesday morning. Crime stoppers of Wilson will also pay up to $1,000 reward.
The 34 year old Ni was killed Saturday night during a home invasion and robbery at his house in Stantonsburg. Ni was the owner of the Jin Jin Chinese Restaurant located across the street.
