A third soldier is under arrest for the shooting near a night club early on New Years day.

A third soldier is under arrest for the shooting near a night club early on New Years day.
Twenty-one year-old Willie McMeans is charged with accessory after the fact in the shooting near the E. City Restaurant And Lounge in Elizabeth City. That's according to the Daily Advance.
Two other soldiers, 22-year-old Shawn Horskins, and 19-year-old Everett Bynum are also charged. Horskins is charged with murder, while Bynum's is charged with accessory after the fact.
Meanwhile, the state suspended the liquor license on the night club, which is officially named Talmar, but known as E. City.
