Department of Transportation officials say it's once complete, the bypass will mean a quicker trip through Beaufort County, reducing the number of stoplights drivers hit in Washington. But one business owner tells us all the bypass construction is making customers bypass his body shop. Jamie Lee Adams owner of A and L body shop in Washington says since construction began in March, business has dropped to almost zero. Construction on the bypass is scheduled for completion in November 2010.
