Cynthia Carrano is in a bitter tug of war with Menu Foods after she says her phone calls about a brand of special kitty pet food were ignored. Carrano, who had her cat Pippi for over ten years, says her cat was rather healthy and then was suddenly diagnosed with kidney failure. She says the food she fed Pippi was on the Menu Foods recall list. Carrano claims she has called menu foods eight times to no avail. She says she wants Pippi acknowledged as a victim. Carrano says she has been contacted by representatives from The Food and Drug Administration about Pippi's death. She says Menu Foods has yet to return her calls.
