Family members say the body pulled from Boston's Long Wharf is that of their loved one. Dustin Willis, 26 years-old, was a Navy Sailor from Cape Hatteras stationed at Norfolk, Virginia. He was in Boston with his crew of the U.S.S. Destroyer Donald Cook. Police say Willis, who's parents live in Frisco on the Outer Banks, was last seen by friends near Quincy Market in Boston in a snow storm last Friday night. Divers pulled a body from the Boston Harbor Wednesday, which family members say has been identified as Willis. Willis has been in the Navy four years and recently received an achievement medal. He leaves behind a four year-old child.
