Edwards has unveiled a plan aimed at providing health coverage for all Americans.
The plan, posted on his website, would require all businesses to provide insurance and all Americans to have it.
The 2004 Vice Presidential nominee says he would raise taxes to pay for the plans cost of up to $120 billion a year.
