Whether stuck in traffic, or just passing by, chances are if you live in Jacksonville you've seen a man doing karate moves at the intersection of Western Boulevard and Highway 17. He's known as the Jacksonville Ninja or Radio. In actuality he is 46-year-old Robert Mattocks. He spends eight hours a day on the corner doing karate moves. He says it’s merely exercise, but it’s exercise that puts a smile on the faces of many. And it has made him somewhat famous. His antics are on the website You Tube.
