Police say over twenty bullets blasted through a Greenville home while family members were still inside. Sergeant Shari Dennison with the Greenville Police Department says it happened around early Tuesday morning on South Pitt Street. She says eight people were inside at the time, including two small children. Amazingly, no one was hurt. Police believe the shooting was in retaliation to a fight earlier between the shooter and the homeowner's cousin at a local club in Greenville. However, the home owner says she and her family had nothing to do with the club fight. Police are still investigating the incident.
