Nash County Sheriff's deputies think a love affair may have contributed to woman's death.
On Friday the Nash County Sheriff's office was called to 7240 River Glenn Drive in Rocky Mount at approximately 7:30 in the morning to the home of Mark and Julie Bowling. They found 45 year old Julie Bowling dead in the garage area from an apparent gun shot wound.
Deputies say Mark Bowling and 27 year old Rose Vincent were involved in a romantic relationship, and that could have been a motive for the murder. They have arrested the two of them on first degree murder charges. Deputies say they've found the murder weapon as well.
