Hundreds of people lined the Washington waterfront Friday night for what is becoming an annual holiday event. The cold weather couldn't stop folks from coming out for the fourth annual Christmas Flotilla. More than two dozens boats decorated with holiday lights made their way down the Pamlico River. An added treat this year was the Second Marine Aircraft Wing band from Cherry Point which performed right before the boat parade. Santa Claus also made an appearance on a Fountain Powerboat.
