Leapfrog is recalling about 186, 000 learn-around playground activity
Leapfrog has received 145 reports of children's arms getting stuck in the toy's plastic tube.
The toy has an alphabet panel, a musical keyboard in the center and "Leapfrog Baby" printed on it.
Online retailers, toy stores and department stores nationwide sold the toys between july 2005 and august 2006. Consumers should take this toy away from children and call leapfrog for a free repair kit at 800-701-5327.
