A man accused of murder and arson is still in critical condition at the Jaycee Burn Center in Chapel Hill. Police say 41-year-old Rudy Carmon of Greenville ended an all day fight with his wife by setting fire to their home on Manhattan Avenue Monday morning. Police say Carmon poured gasoline throughout the house and on his wife then set the home on fire. Authorities say his two children were inside as well and suffered non life threatening injuries as they were trying to help their mother. His wife, Angela, died Tuesday from her injuries.
