Case closed. After three days in court, a verdict has been handed down. Thursday, the jury found former North Lenior High School teacher and basketball coach, Charles Stevens, guilty on three felony counts of incident liberties with a minor and one misdemeanor count of sexual battery. Two victims claimed Stevens fondled them in a sexual manner back in 2004, as well as offering on of the victims dollars for sex. Stevens will have to give up his teaching license, have a physical and mental evaluation, register as a sex offender and is not able to be with a minor without a probation officer.
