The industrial chemical melamine and a byproduct, cyanuric acid, have turned up in more containers of infant formula made in the United States.
The Food and Drug Administration says the chemicals have been
detected in four of 89 containers of the formula. That's twice as
many as previously reported.
The contamination is described as extremely tiny, at levels that
federal regulators say are safe for babies.
Melamine at much higher levels was recently found to have contaminated milk products around the world. It's been implicated
in the sickening of nearly 300,000 babies in China and killing at
least six infants there.

They always talking about they found this in formula, what formula. You have Good Start, Enfamil, Similac.....are they all made by the same people. Please give more details.
Levels that are safe ? How can ANY level be safe? Looks to me like you would not want any level of anything harmful in any way in babies milk.
Why are not these products tested befor they are used?
