Police say they intercepted a commercial package containing 21 pounds of marijuana and then delivered it to its intended address.
The residents there, 21 year-old Jose Ibarra and 28 year-old Juan Macias of Old Smithfield Road in Bailey, are charged with trafficking in marijuana, conspiracy and maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance.

It sounds like the story of a lot of honest college students, doesn't it Windy? The prime years of experimentation. I mean even George W did it. It doesn't make it right, but it just goes to show what the "party atmosphere" can do to you. Maybe his story can encourage others not to follow down that track.
