The journey home for an Eastern Carolina Man trapped in war torn Lebanon continues, but with more hope.
We spoke with Paul Aynes, whose son Tim, is trying to evacuate Lebanon after going to the country for a mission trip. Paul said he spoke with some friends in that country who claimed Tim was dropped off at a port at 6:15 a.m. Lebanon time and had boarded a ship and was either in Cyprus or on his way to the island nation. From there, he is expected to fly back to London and then hopefully fly back home. However, Paul has not spoken to his son directly to get his exact location.
