President Bush enjoyed a Fourth of July lunch with troops at Fort Bragg in Fayetteville Tuesday. He praised military service members during an Independence Day speech on the base. The President stressed that U.S. troops will overcome violence in Iraq and achieve victory. Mr. Bush then returned to the White House to watch the fireworks over the Capitol.
