"The Jazzman," is a 55-foot catamaran motor yacht, built by Vic Lipscomb of Washington. Not only did he build nearly every part of this 26-thousand pound behemoth, he did it about 100 yards from the water, so he had a little help from his friends Monday on moving day. Lipscomb tells us he likes building boats because it keeps his mind and his hands occupied. Technically, Monday isn't the first day this catamaran has been in the water. She spent some time bobbing around during flooding from various hurricanes and tropical storms which brought high water to the Washington area over the past 9 years.
