We have a million-dollar winner! North Carolina's Powerball Lottery is just over a week old and already someone has claimed a million dollar prize. The ticket from Wednesday's drawing was sold at a Rowan County convenience store. The winner didn't have the Powerball number to win the $60,000,000 jackpot, but did match all five numbers, and played the extra Powerplay. Saturday's jackpot is up to $73,000,000. You can see the drawing on WITN just before the 11 o'clock news.
