Lawyers for one of three Duke University men's lacrosse players charged with rape say they want the accuser's descriptions to police of the men she says attacked her. In a motion filed today, lawyers Bill Cotter and Wade Smith say they haven't yet seen documents in which the accuser describes the men she claims sexually assaulted her. Durham prosecutors last week turned over documents in the case collected so far, saying it was everything they had. Cotter and Smith argue in court that can't be true. They say there's only one instance in the evidence they've been given when the accuser is asked to describe her attackers. Cotter and Smith represent lacrosse players Collin Finnerty. He's charged along with Dave Evans and Reade Seligmann with raping a woman hired to perform as a stripper at a March 13 team party.
