Veterans around the nation, including many here in eastern Carolina are up in arms, wondering how one person could be behind what is turning out to be a massive case of identity theft. Over 26 million records of veterans since Vietnam were stolen from a home in Washington DC, after an employee with the Veterans Association downloaded the records and took them home without approval. That information was then stolen from his home. The act has veterans across the east outraged and wondering where to go from here.
