For the first time since the early 1980's the mall in Jacksonville is expanding.

Barnes and Noble bookstore opened earlier this year. On Labor Day restaurant Red Robin will open. The new makeup store Ultra will also open soon.

A new entrance is also under construction. Currently the mall is home to three department stores, four restaurants and more than 50 stores.
