Barrack tooked hooked on phonics, it was obvious last night. He reads very well and should get an A. Now, when it comes to running a country, I cannot grade him on that because we heard retoric last night. If you are going to vote for the snake oil salesman, do some research on who he is away from the mainstream news. If you are blindly following what you hear or see on news, you are among the sheep they expect to gain....bahhhhh

Who cares? I will not waste any of my time watching this love fest. I will not also watch the repubs' convention. I will dig into their history and their promises and vote for the one who I think is best for America. WHAT SLIM PICKINGS! They cannot possibly do all the miracles that they have promised. Polticians better be glad that they are not pinocchios!!!!

Red State- That is awesome! It shows the good man that I knew was somewhere deep within McCain.

Posted by: Red State Location: Washington Co. on Aug 28, 2008 at 04:47 PM
From the Washington Times: John McCain is airing a one-evening-only ad with a simple message for Barack Obama: "Job well done." The ad coincides with Obama's nomination acceptance speech. McCain congratulates Obama for his nomination. McCain recognizes the symbolism of a black man accepting the nomination on the 45th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech. The ad will run Thursday on national cable television before and after Obama's address. McCain says: "Senator Obama, this is truly a good day for America. Too often the achievements of our opponents go unnoticed. So I wanted to stop and say, congratulations. How perfect that your nomination would come on this historic day. Tomorrow, we'll be back at it. But tonight Senator, job well done."

bama can draw a crowd. Of course, I could probably get thousands of people to hear me speak if Bruce Springsteen would agree to be there. The press never tells you about the free rock concerts at all of Obama's big rallies. Let's see, Pepsi's profit margin is around 15.5% these days. That is almost double the PM of "Big Oil". Invesco's is over 20%. Careful you two, don't draw attention to yourselves. This is the mob that wants to tax "windfall" profits (aka: successful private industry).

I don't think I will be staying up that late just to hear obama speak. Most of it I have heard before. And just to set the record straight, I probably won't listen to McCain's speach next week. Maybe someone here can tell me. If obama isn't friendly with 1960's radical William Ayers, why is his campaign's legal team trying to keep ads off of the air? Maybe something to it, maybe not. Stir the pot.

I cannot understand why they are going from the Pepsi center where they served Coolaide to Invesco? Democrats never invest anything, they just tax and spend. What is this all about?
