A tip from a local store in Carteret County led lawmen to a meth lab.
The Carteret County Sheriff's Office says a store recently noticed three individuals buying the maximum amount of Sudafed, and they all had the same address.
Lawmen uncovered the meth lab at 136 Parker Court in Newport where they seized five grams of methamphetamine. They arrested Jeremy Ouert, Joesph Jones and Melinda Jones.
Bond was set for Ouert at $500,000 and $100,000 for Joesph and Melinda Jones.

Good jobs guys! Meth has had a severe impact on my family and I am more than happy each and every time I hear that there was a bust somewhere. That is just more of the junk off of the streets that is ruining so many families!
