A sobering message will soon show up on billboards across the state to convince teenagers of the dangers of drinking and driving. The billboards, a campaign by the North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement, have a message that reads, "Think letting kids and their friends have alcohol makes them cool? It could." The accompanying photo shows a body on a gurney in a morgue's cooler. Five of the billboards will be placed here in Eastern Carolina.
