Karl and Barbara Turner, parents of Kerry Turner the man officers shot, are outraged. The Turners feel since their son had mental health issues officers should have handled the situation differently. The Greenville Police Department is still conducting an internal investigation of the incident. The officers involved in the shooting have returned to desk duty at the police department, pending the internal investigation.
