A prosecutor says charges will not be filed in connection with rape allegations involving the Duke men's lacrosse team until at least the week of April Tenth. Durham District Attorney Mike Nifong also says he won't release D-N-A results that had been expected next week. The samples were taken from 46 of 47 members of the team, and also come from items in the house where the alleged assault took place. Nifong says he doesn't plan to announce any evidence before a trial. The case stems from allegations that team members raped an exotic dancer during an off-campus party more than two weeks ago.
