Police Make Arrest In Greenville Mall Assault, Robbery

Greenville police say they've made an arrest in the April 22nd robbery at the Greenville Mall parking lot.
Joshua Evans is charged with common law robbery, assault inflicting serious injury and assault on a female. Police say an elderly woman was robbed and accosted in the parking lot while walking to her car. They say Evans grabbed her purse, causing the woman to fall.
He's in the Pitt County jail on a $100,000 bond.
Detectives say they are continuing their investigation into this robbery and other similar crimes around the mall.

I think we all should be careful how we judge others. No, I am not making excuses for Joshua and it does not excuse what he has done, but when we raise and train our children in the way they should go and if they stray it's in the hands of a higher power. Joshua has a wonderful professional mother who has always wanted the best for her children, but like you and me our children may make mistakes beyond our control. I hope that Joshua will learn a lesson from this and be able to move forward. I pray for the elderly lady, I pray for Joshua (inspite of what he has done), I pray for Joshua's mother,I pray for others whom are lost, and I pray for you. It was Joshua today it could be yours tomorrow so be careful how we judge others.

Well Mr. Officer I have 0 tickets. BUT I'm sure you don't believe me. Once again, I have you distracted to the point that you cannot resist replying to my posts. The only reason why I am hating on the police is for not keeping the city safe! Hence another shooting last night!
