Send in $20 and you could soon have over $3 million lining your pockets. That's what was in a letter sent to a Beaufort County man who fell victim to a mail scam.
Milton Cobb doesn't want that happening to anyone else, so he's telling his story. Cobb says after receiving several letters from a company called NBPI claiming he was eligible for over $3 million, he thought it was his lucky break.
Cobb says he sent in $20 like the letter stated, expecting to be on his way to millions. Instead Cobb says all he got was more contest forms, requesting more money.
