Schools Go Interactive

Three high schools in Beaufort County are the only schools in the entire state to receive grant money for interactive classrooms.

Beaufort County Schools were awarded over $100,000 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The money will be used to implement an interactive classroom between students and teachers at Northside, Southside, and Washington High Schools.

Advanced Placement classes like calculus are being taught using the interactive format.
