Baseball season for the area's little leagues is getting into full swing, Including our special little leagues.
The Challenger Little League held their opening exhibition game Saturday in Greenville. The Challenger League gives kids with disabilities both physical and mental the chance to get in on the game and enjoy competition. League officials have increased the number of teams this year from 4 to 6, and say they won't turn away anybody looking to play.
They will hold registration at the upcoming Kidfest at the Greenville Convention Center. League play kicks off on April 29th.
