Satellite lottery offices are being built across the state in anticipation of the lottery. The scratch-off games debut March 30. For winnings of $600 to $1,000, winners will have to go to one of five lottery commission offices. One of them is off Dickinson Avenue in Greenville. It is scheduled to open next week. Builders have been working around the clock for the last four weeks putting the finishing touches on the facility that will hold training offices, and cashier departments- with bullet proof glass. A ribbon cutting will be held at the new facility next Friday.
