Murder charges have been dropped against a woman accused of killing a suspected drug dealer last Thursday in Rocky Mount. That's because police arrested two other suspects on Sunday connection with the shooting death of 20-year-old Danny Ray Lovette Junior.
Joseph Armstrong, 18 years old, is charged with first-degree murder after authorities say he confessed the shooting to detectives. James Sparkman, who's 17 years old, also is charged with accessory after the fact of murder in connection with the case.
