A 12th grader from Greene County Central High School was hit by a car while trying to get on her bus Wednesday morning. Authorities say 25-year-old Osman Armando Rivas of Ayden, who was driving without a license, passed the stopped school bus. Rivas was charged in the incident. The girl is now recovering from a broken collar bone. Lawmen say passing a stopped school bus happens more often than you may think. You can click on the following link for a detailed report.
