Police believe Robert Custer may be heading to Maryland with Colin Custer. Colin is described as 3'0" tall, weighing 35 pounds, with blond hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey short sleeve shirt with blue and red stripes, navy shorts and tan shoes.
