Two Beaufort County Parents Found Guilty of Child Abuse
Guilty was the verdict in a child abuse case where a three-year-old was shaken so hard, he suffers permanent neurological damage.

Guilty verdicts were handed down Thursday afternoon for two Beaufort county parents accused of felony child abuse.
A jury found both Ramalle D. Holloway and Patrice M. Parker guilty of shaking their five-week-old son on December 23rd 2002, until neurological trauma occurred.
Holloway and Parker are both out on bond pending appeal. Parker could be sentenced to nearly four years or more behind bars, while Holloway could be sentenced to seven and a half years or more.
