In a little over 24 hours, Greenville police are expecting the downtown Greenville area to get packed with partygoers looking for spooky fun this Hhalloween, but they want it to be safe, which is why they have some rules for Monday night.
One, police say they will be searching all bags. If you don't want your bag searched you will not be allowed to enter the downtown area. Two, police say that no outside alcohol will be allowed onto the downtown area. Party goers cannot bring their own beer or liquor into the area, or it will be confiscated. Three, anything resembling a weapon will be confiscated by police and will not be returned. That means no fake knives or fake guns, or anything like that. Other than they say have a happy Halloween.
