Its small, its painful, but it could save your life. That's why folks were lining up on Friday hoping to get their flu shots.
This flu clinic at the Walgreens in Greenville had both the old, and the very young lining up to get the life saving vaccine. Now the shots are still being given out on a restricted basis to those with the greatest need like the elderly, infants, or those who work with sick individuals on a regular basis like doctors, nurses, and more. 79 year old Don Duff, always gets his flu shot, but says this year is a little different than the others due to the Asian bird flu.
The clinic was giving flu vaccines, but also pneumonia shots, to those that needed them Friday.
